| 1. List a Domain!
What is a domain name? |
 Sign up as a Seller - Send a private message to the Buyer, Negotiate Price. |

2. Negotiate Price
You may negotiate price with the Buyer or go to the next step. |
Negotiate all the terms and conditions of Purchase/Sale via the Private Message Board (PMB).
Webdevel, LLC will protect your privacy, anonymity of the Seller and Buyer. |

| 3. Accept/Deny Bid |
| You will receive a notice when you get a bid. You have a right to end domain name auction anytime. You can Accept/Deny the offer or wait until the domain auction ends. When you accept the offer:
a) You can choose another bidder if:
You will not get response from Winning Bidder in the next 72 hours
Winning Bidder decline to buy
There have been Fraud transaction on the Buyers part
b) You cannot choose another bidder if you have chosen Winning Bidder from just one bid offer (in this case auction is closed and cannot be open again, you will need to contact our technical support if you would like to list this domain again) |

4. Deposit Money |
Seller pays 10% of the sales price or minimum $60.00 USD. Money have to be deposited as soon as Seller accepts bid otherwise Buyer will NOT be able to Accept the offer and conduct Money Transfer.

| 5. Money on hold in WebDevel Escrow Account |
| After Buyer conducts the safe transfer, Seller will see the available funds in his/her account manager.
Seller must proceed to the next step. |

| 6. Domain Name Transfer |
Now Seller can proceed the domain name transfer either to WebDevel.com (No minimum fee if domain is transferred to WebDevel.com; only the flat 10% rate applies) or move domain name to the new account within the existing registrar. WebDevel Domain Name Auction Team will contact the Seller and help speed up the process.
In the event a Seller does not complete the transfer within the specified Closing date, the Buyer is entitled to a complete refund. |

| 7. Receive Money |
WebDevel Domain Auction Team will contact you (Seller) via email or phone to finish the trade and confirm payment.

| 1. WebDevel, LLC tracks Domain Name Transfer and verifies all information, lock and protect the Domain Name. |
| 2. The Seller is paid AFTER Buyer receives the Domain Name (with/without web site) or the inspection period expires. |
